Junk & Disorderly
A lively, entertaining 5 - 6 piece, performing folk, rock, blues and jazz covers, with harmony vocals.

An eccentric, eclectic, acoustic-electric fusion of folk, blues, jazz, jug, rag, punk, funk and junk. From Bessie Smith to Richard Thompson and Django Reinhardt to Jilted John. The most fun you can have without booking three more expensive bands! Entertainment is their middle name (well, actually, '&' is their middle name).

Junk and Disorderly was formed by Jan Baker (lead vocals), Tony Baker (rhythm guitar and harmony vocal) and Richard Ford (lead vocals, harmonica and percussion). The band have appeared on TV and Radio performing suffragette material researched by Jan and have played many Labour Party and trade union support gigs as well as working the UK folk circuit. In 2001, they were joined by lead guitarist Dave Reay and in 2003 by bassist Dan Hobday, adding a strand of electric blues and rock to their popular political, humorous and traditional set.
